Safety and platform rules
Acceptable Use Policy
Skrado is for lawful vehicle-intake and dispatch operations. These rules apply to every workspace user, API client, driver link, integration, and person acting through an account.
1. No wreck chasing or prohibited solicitation
You may not use Skrado or traffic-feed information to:
- “Run” or “wreck chase,” approach an incident without lawful authority, or solicit at or near an accident or disabled vehicle where prohibited.
- Misrepresent a public marker as a police dispatch, rotation assignment, motorist call, insurer request, or guaranteed towing opportunity.
- Circumvent rotation lists, law-enforcement direction, permits, licensing, storage rules, rate rules, consent requirements, or scene-control procedures.
- Interfere with emergency responders, block traffic, create a safety hazard, trespass, or pressure a distressed motorist.
Use traffic data only for lawful situational awareness and planning. Confirm every dispatch through an authorized source.
2. Safe dispatch and vehicle operations
- Do not encourage speeding, distracted driving, unsafe routes, hours-of-service violations, overloading, or unlicensed operation.
- Do not rely on an ETA, map point, driver status, or job record when a mistake could injure someone. Contact drivers and official services through appropriate channels.
- Do not use Skrado as an emergency communications system. Call 911 or the relevant authority for emergencies.
- Verify title, ownership, lien, identity, condition, hazardous-material, and release requirements outside Skrado before acquiring, moving, dismantling, or selling a vehicle.
3. Respect privacy and communications law
- Enter personal information only for a legitimate business purpose and with the notices, consent, or other legal basis your jurisdiction requires.
- Do not upload government IDs, Social Security numbers, payment credentials, health information, or other sensitive data that Skrado has not agreed in writing to support.
- Do not send spam, robocalls, deceptive messages, harassment, threats, or calls/texts without any consent required by TCPA, state mini-TCPA, do-not-call, carrier, or platform rules.
- Do not disclose seller, driver, buyer, VIN, location, pricing, or job information to someone without a business need and authorization.
- Honor applicable access, correction, deletion, opt-out, and suppression requests.
4. Protect accounts and organization boundaries
- Do not share named-user credentials, publicize driver or quote links, or let a former worker retain access.
- Do not access, infer, enumerate, alter, or export another organization's records, even if a link or identifier appears guessable.
- Do not bypass role controls, session protections, rate limits, expiry, plan gates, or security warnings.
- Promptly report suspected credential theft, cross-tenant access, exposed links, or unusual activity.
5. No platform abuse
- No malware, destructive code, denial-of-service activity, credential stuffing, phishing, cryptomining, or unauthorized vulnerability exploitation.
- No scraping, bulk extraction, automated account creation, or excessive API traffic outside documented and approved interfaces.
- No reverse engineering or testing that risks customer data or service availability. Good-faith research must follow the Security reporting rules.
- No infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, or illegal content.
- No use to train a competing model or build a competing dataset or service without written permission.
6. Data and quote integrity
- Do not present Skrado's recommendation as a guaranteed offer, verified appraisal, certified vehicle condition, or buyer commitment.
- Do not manipulate bids, driver records, buyer prices, incidents, or outcomes to deceive a seller, driver, buyer, insurer, regulator, or another user.
- Identify test and demo data so it cannot be mistaken for a real person, dispatch, incident, or transaction.
7. Enforcement
Biznomad may investigate credible reports and may limit, suspend, or terminate access; preserve relevant records; remove content; or contact a customer administrator, provider, or authority when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or comply with law. Where practical and safe, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure.
Customers must cooperate with reasonable investigations and are responsible for their users, drivers, integrations, and account activity. Serious safety, privacy, cross-tenant, or wreck-chasing violations may result in immediate suspension.
8. Report a concern
Use the recorded support form, select “Other,” and begin with “Acceptable use report.” Include the organization, approximate time, affected record or page, and enough detail to investigate without sending unnecessary personal data. For an active emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service first. No public email fallback is available; each signed closed-beta launch record must name a tested, staffed out-of-band contact.
