Service agreement

Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Skrado's website, account setup, application, driver workflows, support, and related services operated by Biznomad.

Effective: July 18, 2026Version 1.0Contact: recorded support request

1. Acceptance and authority

By creating an account, accessing a workspace, using a driver link, or otherwise using Skrado, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you use Skrado for a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company, and “you” includes it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. A separate signed order form, pilot agreement, or data-processing addendum controls over conflicting language for the subject it covers.

2. The current service

Skrado provides organization workspaces for lead records, rule-based quote recommendations, dispatch jobs, driver offers and bids, status tracking, public traffic-feed context, buyer-price comparisons, and related administrative tools. Features may be labeled preview, demo, beta, planned, or unavailable.

  • Skrado does not automatically contact a seller, send or accept a customer offer, verify title or condition, guarantee a quote, or complete a vehicle sale.
  • Skrado does not provide continuous live GPS tracking. Driver and job locations may be manually entered, estimated, stale, or unavailable.
  • BuyerLoop compares customer-maintained criteria; it does not verify bids, transmit a vehicle externally, bind a buyer, or settle a transaction.
  • Traffic and VIN data come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, changed, or unavailable.
  • PartScout, Car Sniper, automated card billing, multi-location administration, and other roadmap items are not included unless a written order expressly says otherwise. Plan state, entitlements, usage limits, and account-request status are product controls and may differ by plan.

We may improve, add, limit, or retire features. We will use reasonable efforts to give notice before a material reduction to an active paid service.

3. Towing, safety, and lawful use

WreckRadar is situational awareness, not authority to respond. A public incident marker is not a police dispatch, rotation call, motorist request, or permission to approach or solicit at a scene. Skrado does not currently determine rotation-zone eligibility and does not provide legal, safety, emergency, towing, tax, or valuation advice.

You are solely responsible for verifying lawful authority before dispatch, complying with law-enforcement direction and rotation rules, training and licensing personnel, operating vehicles safely, protecting people and property, and securing required consent for calls or messages. You must not use Skrado for “wreck chasing,” prohibited solicitation, emergency interference, or any activity barred by the Acceptable Use Policy.

Do not rely on Skrado where a delayed, wrong, or unavailable record could cause injury, an unlawful tow, or loss of emergency communications. Call emergency services through official channels.

4. Accounts, roles, and customer data

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials and driver links confidential, assign least-privilege roles, promptly remove former users, and notify us of suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity under your accounts except to the extent caused by Skrado's breach of these Terms.

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant Biznomad a limited right to host, process, copy, transmit, and display it to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have all rights, notices, and permissions needed to enter seller, driver, buyer, vehicle, location, and contact information.

Do not submit highly sensitive information that the service is not designed to handle. You are responsible for your own records, exports, verification, and legally required retention. We may create backups, but Skrado is not your sole archival system.

Our processing is described in the Privacy Notice. Contact us before use if you require a data-processing addendum, a specific retention schedule, regulated-data support, or cross-border terms.

5. Plans, pilots, and payment

Skrado is currently offered as a closed beta. A public access request records interest for operator review; it does not create a workspace, collect or charge a card, start automated billing, or impose an undisclosed trial clock. Website prices and plan limits are launch previews and are not themselves a charge or commitment.

Before paid service, we will confirm in writing the selected plan, included features, users or usage limits, support, price, taxes, invoice timing, renewal, and cancellation. Activation and invoicing are handled manually unless a separately configured provider and accepted checkout explicitly say otherwise. No annual commitment, automatic renewal, or non-refundable fee applies unless a signed order or checkout accepted by you clearly states it. If commercial terms conflict with these Terms, the written commercial terms control.

Authorized owners can record plan-change, cancellation, and reactivation requests in the account area; if they cannot sign in, they may use the public support form. Recording a request does not itself change access or billing. We will confirm the effective date and any export window in writing.

6. Skrado ownership and feedback

Biznomad and its licensors own Skrado, its software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and aggregated or de-identified service analytics. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your internal lawful business operations during the agreed service period.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer except where law prohibits restriction, bypass access controls, extract the service at scale, or use it to build a competing product. If you provide feedback, you grant Biznomad a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without identifying you or disclosing your confidential data.

7. Third-party services

Skrado may link to or depend on traffic feeds, VIN data, maps, messaging tools, hosting, and other third-party services. Their availability, content, and terms are outside our control. Enabling an integration authorizes the transfers reasonably needed for that integration. We are not responsible for a third party's independent acts, but we remain responsible for our own obligations.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will use reasonable care to protect the other's non-public business, technical, and pricing information and use it only to perform or receive the service. This does not cover information that is public without breach, independently developed, rightfully received without restriction, or required to be disclosed by law after reasonable notice when permitted.

9. Availability and disclaimers

We will use commercially reasonable care to operate the service, but no uptime or response-time commitment applies unless stated in a signed service-level agreement. Maintenance, security incidents, upstream outages, and beta features can interrupt access.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKRADO AND ALL RECOMMENDATIONS, FEEDS, MATCHES, AND PREVIEW FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” BIZNOMAD DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND RESULTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT A QUOTE, ETA, INCIDENT, BUYER PRICE, DRIVER STATUS, OR VEHICLE RECORD IS COMPLETE OR CORRECT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so those limits apply only to the extent permitted.

10. Liability and indemnity

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

EXCEPT FOR PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS, MISUSE OF THE OTHER PARTY'S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, BREACH OF CONFIDENTIALITY, FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR LIABILITY THAT LAW DOES NOT ALLOW TO BE LIMITED, EACH PARTY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM SKRADO WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) FEES PAID OR PAYABLE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT OR (B) US $100.

You will defend and indemnify Biznomad from third-party claims arising from your unlawful towing or solicitation, unsafe operations, customer data submitted without authority, messages you send, vehicle transactions, or material breach of these Terms. We will promptly notify you and allow reasonable control of the defense, subject to our right to participate.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to contain a security threat, stop illegal or unsafe use, protect another customer, comply with law, or address a material breach. When practical, we will provide notice and a chance to cure.

Either party may end an unpaid pilot or workspace by written notice. Paid-service termination follows the written commercial terms. After termination, access ends and data may be deleted after a reasonable export period, subject to backups and legal retention. Sections that by nature should survive—including ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, and payment—will survive.

12. General terms

These Terms, the policies linked here, and any signed order are the entire agreement about the service. You may not assign them without consent except with a merger or sale of substantially all assets; Biznomad may do the same. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. Invalid terms will be limited to the minimum necessary while the rest remain effective.

These Terms are governed by Georgia law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. State and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing, the parties will try in good faith for 30 days to resolve a dispute by written notice.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect when required. Continued use after the effective date accepts the revised Terms; if you object, stop using the service and request account closure.

13. Contact and notices

Use the recorded support form and select “Other” for pre-launch support or legal routing. A formal legal entity name and mailing address must be inserted before paid launch. No public email fallback is available; each signed closed-beta launch record must name a tested, staffed out-of-band contact.
