This notice explains the information handled by Skrado, an operations product operated by Biznomad, and the choices available to account users, drivers, sellers, and other people whose information customers enter.
This notice applies to the Skrado website, access requests, account provisioning, hosted application, driver pages, support, and product communications. It does not govern a customer's own website, phone system, advertising, or independent handling of personal information.
For customer workspace data, the customer generally decides what to enter and why. The customer is the business responsible for notices, permissions, lawful collection, and responses to the people in its records; Skrado processes that information to provide the workspace. For website visits, access requests, account administration, security, and support, Biznomad determines the processing described here.
Name, work email, password hash, role, organization name, service-area settings, pricing assumptions, notification settings, and account identifiers.
Names, phone numbers, source, ZIP code, vehicle year/make/model, VIN when supplied, condition notes, quote recommendations, pipeline status, and sale outcome.
Driver name, phone, truck type, availability, location coordinates when entered, ratings, bids, ETA estimates, assignment and completion status, pickup address, and signed driver acknowledgements.
Buyer name, type, location, price criteria, premiums, vehicle preferences, notes, and operator-recorded routing outcomes.
IP address, timestamps, session and authentication events, browser/request metadata, error logs, API usage, and security investigation records.
Email, name, company, phone, requested plan, messages, and the history of an access, support, or onboarding request.
Skrado does not currently collect card data in its access-request or account-provisioning flows. Do not enter Social Security numbers, government ID images, bank credentials, health information, or other highly sensitive data unless Skrado has expressly agreed in writing to support it.
Public or third-party incident and vehicle-reference data may include road, time, coordinates, incident labels, and VIN decode attributes. Such feeds can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and are governed by their source terms.
Skrado does not use customer workspace data to send seller offers automatically. It does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If those practices change, this notice and any required controls will be updated before the change takes effect.
Account and workspace records are kept while needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward for security, backup, dispute, and legal purposes. Security logs and backups may follow different, limited schedules. Skrado will delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal holds and backup rotation.
Because automated retention controls are still being developed, customers should request deletion or an export before account closure. Skrado will confirm the applicable scope and timing in writing.
Account users can correct many business records in the application. For access, correction, deletion, export, objection, or account-closure requests, use the account controls or submit the recorded support form with “Privacy or data request” selected. Skrado may verify identity and organization authority before acting.
If a towing company, yard, or other Skrado customer entered your information, contact that business first because it controls the record. Skrado will support verified customer instructions and applicable legal rights. Authorized agents may be asked for proof of authority. Skrado does not discriminate for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Skrado uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to a small hosted operations service, including authenticated access, organization scoping, encrypted transport, credential protection, backups, and security logging. No system is risk-free. See the Security page for current scope and responsible reporting.
The service is operated from the United States. If information is accessed from elsewhere, it may be processed in the United States under laws different from those where it was collected. Customers are responsible for determining whether their use requires additional transfer terms.
Skrado is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account or enter a child's information unless a lawful business purpose and all required permissions have been confirmed. Contact us if you believe a child's information was submitted improperly.
The effective date will change when this notice is revised. Material changes will be communicated in the application or through another configured contact channel before they take effect when required.
Submit privacy and pre-launch legal routing requests through the recorded support form. A formal legal entity name and mailing address must be added here before paid launch. No public email fallback is available; each signed closed-beta launch record must name a tested, staffed out-of-band contact.
